● Cup sizes - Although our pint and half pint sizes are the most popular, we also offer 125ml, 175ml, 250ml and ⅔ pint.
● Lead Time: With minimum orders of 50 pieces, lead times can be 3-6 weeks
● Origination: The price includes origination and print, subject to the sight of the artwork.
● Delivery Charges: Delivery includes most of the UK mainland addresses, but some addresses may be subject to restrictions. Including pallet height restrictions, timed deliveries, parking and unloading spaces (city centres and event sites), highlands and island addresses may require an additional charge. Additional charges may apply for specific delivery requirements.
● Visual Representations: Artwork sent in can be used as a visual representation. No images are ready for approval at this stage.
● Samples: Physical samples are available upon request for a small charge. This does not include Pre-production samples (PPS) of your design. However, 3D models are available on request.
● Validity: Quotes are valid for 28 days from receipt.
● Payment Terms: Payment is required at the point of order unless otherwise agreed.
